6 Gaming Rules & Fairness

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to the member — this does not apply to bonus balances or unfulfilled wagering requirements. No balance will be returned if the account is closed due to prohibited activity.

9 Limitation of Liability

Gd66 is not liable for the following — by agreeing to these terms and conditions, members acknowledge and accept these limitations:

• Interruption to a game or bet due to loss of internet connection.
• If any loss occurs due to issues with the member's own device or software.
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
